I've been doing pretty good with staying on track with my eating. I can admit I had a weak moment the other day and had a Whopper Jr. from Burger King lolol. I never said it would be easy, so for the most part I have been doing wonderful!!!
I ended up switching how I was eating. Instead of eating roast beef for dinner, I was eating it for lunch and would have my grilled chicken salad. I didn't like going to bed with that in my stomach. I always eat 3 hours before I go to sleep, but still I wanted to eat the lighter meal for dinner. What's crazy is that I tried on a pair of pants that were too tight and couldn't button back in early November, and now I can button them! HOW ABOUT THAT! LOL
I called Anytime Fitness to see what all we needed to do to have our passes transferred up here. It's time to start adding exercise to the plan. I am going to weigh myself today to see where I'm at. I didn't weigh in at the beginning of this week. Ninah Bee and I are going to be taking before pictures this weekend, so that by the time June gets here we can see the after results.
I know I have a long road ahead of me, but I'm determined to change my lifestyle!!!
That's good! My favorite pair of jeans are baggy on me now too. I have to wear a belt with them, and they're still a little loose on my waist. They're a size 16, but I'm not quite into a 14. I think I may be there by early February though. I have been eating more, but I really need to get back to my workouts!
ReplyDeleteLol...I don't need a belt with these jeans just yet, but I should be getting there soon if I stick with it! I'm glad you are eating more! Yes, workouts are important. At least 45-60 minutes of cardio 3 times a day. I've learned from past experiences that I see more and better results when I use weights, so I'm going to do what I know!
ReplyDelete3 times a day???? I don't know if I can committ to that...but I can do three times a week for sure! My ipods still not working : / ...so I'll be doing my workouts at home for now...and maybe a little time at the Y either around lunch time or late evening. Monday will be here soon, so that should be our first day of adding the workout to our plan! I'm ready! I'm looking in my closet of all the clothes with tags on them, that I can't fit! It's shameful, lol! But we can do it! Slowly but surely!
