Just Do It

It's so much easier to say "I will start tomorrow" or "well it's okay for me to eat this because it's just one day." This is exactly how I'm feeling today. Woke up to snow on the ground, a stuffy nose, and a lazy attitude! Not a good mixture! Knowing that this is how I'm feeling today, I decided to get up and get moving! I must go to the grocery store this morning! In order for me to achieve my goal I have to have the right foods in my house.


The meals for Monday - Wednesday include:
          Breakfast
          Smoothie or Oatmeal Muffin with Raisins & Turkey Bacon


          Lunch
          Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Balsamic Dressing


          Dinner
          Lean Roast Beef w/ Red Skin Potatoes and Carrots

I know I don't have the snacks listed, but there will be snacks in between meals. It is important to eat small meals throughout the day versus skipping meals and eating a large meal. I've been trying to get Ninah Bee to start eating more, which is why I've been sending her reminders every morning to eat breakfast. Lol. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.   1. So for breakfast I ate a banana, and a glass of water...that was the most I could force myself to eat, lol. For lunch (at noon) I'll have a romaine, tomato, and carrot salad with a tbsp of zesty french dressing...and I'm still working on dinner. My morning workout is a ten minute cardio workout that also includes some light weights. To be continued...lol

  2. You should drink a smoothie or something because that's not enough for breakfast...lol...yes I know "baby steps" lol...Also, I didn't hear anything about snacks!?!? Lol. We'll get you there!
